What is it?
Fits the contents of the Clipboard into the current selection.

How to use it
If the selection is longer than the Clipboard's sound, it will stretch the Clipboard's sound to fit the selection.  If the selection is shorter than the Clipboard's sound, it will shrink the Clipboard's sound to fit the selection.

Notes
Paste Fit automatically compensates for differences in the Clipboard's sample rate and size.
